At Roppongi Hills “CRAFT SAKE WEEK” is the event that Hidetoshi Nakata produces. 110 craft sake breweries will be taking over Roppongi Hills for 11 days of stylish sake sipping. Artisan sake producers from across Japan will be participating, with 10 breweries and 5 gourmet food trucks (which will rotate three times throughout the event) waiting each day for sake enthusiasts to come and sample their wares. Visitors are encouraged to try out the new Sakenomy app to rate, review and record their favorites.
