Shinjuku/Shibuya – a new store specializing in bread rolls – Pan no Tajima (Tajima’s Bread) – Sasazuka

These fluffy Japanese rolls called koppepan are gaining popularity in Paris as well. Pan no Tajima, a bakery specializing in koppepan, is managed by the same company as the coffee shop Doutor. The first store opened in Yokohama in 2016 and was followed by several stores all over Japan. Now, these soft bread rolls are also available in Sasazuka (Shibuya Ward). They are all made by order so you can enjoy freshly made koppepan in the dining space. Starting at ¥150, these rolls are also popular among tourists as a quick lunch.
