The Hilton Hotel is so popular with women that it is called a dessert buffet. The theme of this summer’s sweets buffet is “Crystal Mermaid in White Lagoon”. Hilton Tokyo Executive Pastry Chef Osamu Harita, inspired by Princess Mermaid, has about 30 new sweets, as well as 5 types of light meals and a non-alcoholic mermaid-inspired tea selection from the German luxury tea brand Ronnefeld. There are about 20 types such as cocktails. You can enjoy it not only as sweets but also as a late lunch.
