Kabuki is a Japanese traditional performing art, with a history dating back to the Edo Period. There are single act tickets for those who do not wish to see the whole play. You can also rent a player, which plays back translations in different languages. During New Year’s, the plays shown are very spectacular, making it especially enjoyable for first time viewers. The Kobikicho Plaza in the basement is a popular place for souvenirs.
