Basic Info.

The Jindai Botanical Gardens have more than 750 cherry trees of 60 different kinds, varying from early-blossoming Oh-kanzakura to late-blossoming Satozakura, making it possible to view cherry blossoms during about 1 month. There are also 620 camellias of 250 kinds. Camellias are also known as Japanese rose, and blossom during the same period as the cherry blossoms. The Cherry Blossom Concerts are planned on Sundays.
