The Marunouchi Building, located right in front of Tokyo Station, has an observation deck on the 35th floor. From here, you can see the Outer Garden of the Imperial Palace, the House of Councillors, the Tokyo Tower, the Rainbow Bridge, and Mt. Fuji when the weather is fine. They also have some snacks and drinks at the lounge while enjoying the night view. Admission is free.
