Basic Info.

Senso-ji, the oldest temple in Tokyo, is a famous sightseeing spot of Asakusa. It is said that basking in the smoke from the incense burner in front of the Main Hall (Kannondo Hall) will heal injuries and diseases. At the Nakamise Shopping Street leading to Senso-ji, you can buy many different kinds of souvenirs and snacks.
