If you want to go to Asakusa/Ueno or Ikebukuro from Tokyo Skytree®, the Tobu Skytree Line is the most convenient. It departs from the Tokyo Skytree Station, a mere 1-minute walk from Tokyo Skytree®.

- To Ueno: transit at Asakusa Station on to the Ginza Line and get off at Ginza Station, travel time 25min., fare 350
- To Ikebukuro: transit at Asakusa Station on to the Ginza Line, then transit at Ueno Station on to the JR Yamanote Line and get off at Ikebukuro, travel time 35min., fare 490
