Okonomiyaki, a dish that has different faces depending on the region

Basic Info.
Okonamiyaki is often called “Japanese pizza” or “Japanese pancake”. The Kansai version is made by mixing all ingredients before cooking it on a griddle. The Hiroshima version is made by making a bottom of noodles or cabbage first, then pouring the rest over it. Okonomiyaki can be garnished to your liking.
